Namrata Shirodkar talks about quitting an acting career after marriage; Know here what she reveals?

Actress Namrata Shirodkar recently opened up about her quitting acting career and choosing her husband, Mahesh Babu, and family over everything. She was clear that he did not want a working wife. In the latest interview, she talked about Mahesh Babu and her acting career.

Namrata Shirodkar talking on her career:-

Namrata has mentioned that if she was not an actor, he could have also asked her to quit her career. It was never about having an actress's wife. But it is his choice that he never wished to have a working wife. She said, "Mahesh was very clear that he wanted a non-working wife. He would have told me to leave work if I were working in some office. There are certain things we had for each other." She mentioned that he waited for her to complete all her professional commitments to get married.

Namrata kept a condition while getting married:-

The former actress has kept the condition in front of her husband, Mahesh Babu. She has asked him if she is not comfortable living in the huge bungalows as she grew up in Mumbai. Therefore Mahesh has moved into an apartment to make her feel comfortable.

Namrata's clarification on her statements about her career quitting:-

Namrata clarifies that she is not complaining and has no regrets about quitting her acting career. She started modeling and acting to fulfill her mother's wish, but as time passed, she started liking it and enjoyed her journey. She met Mahesh, and both got married. She also mentions while saying, "If I had taken my work seriously, my life would have been very different from what it is now… so I'm not complaining."
