Nargis Fakhri had an impressive debut in the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Rockstar (2011), and since has appeared in a number of films. Fakhri went to great lengths about how to take care of your mental health and avoid negativity. She stated, “I have been an avid reader of self-help books since I was 15. I say that this life is always a journey back to yourself...where we have to continuously look at who we are and how we are changing, evolving, and growing with our work, with our regular lives, and with ourselves. I am the type of person that wants to be better.”

The Azhar (2016) actress added that when she first wanted to take some time off, people warned her that if she did, she would be gone and more or less disappear off the map. Despite this, she took the risk, and she's now grateful that she didn't have to participate in the rat race.

Meanwhile, Nargis Fakhri is gearing up to make a comeback in the entertainment industry. She was most recently seen at the 75th Cannes Film Festival.
