Nawazuddin Siddiqui to star in Vishal Bhardwaj’s romantic drama
According to reports, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has signed on to star in award-winning filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj’s next film. Not much information is available about the forthcoming project as yet, but some sources reveal that it is a romantic-drama and both Nawaz and Vishal are extremely excited to team up together.
A source in the know informs a publication, “Vishal recently told Nawaz the story, and he loved it. The film has not been given a title yet, but with Vishal’s support, he will come up with something distinctive. Vishal has a few names in mind for the main lady, but she has yet to be cast. With the epidemic, filming timetables are always unclear, but if all goes according to plan, the film might be ready by the end of the year.”
Meanwhile, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has his plate full with a number of exciting projects, including Heropanti 2 with Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria, Kushan Nandy’s Jogira Sara Ra Ra, and Sudhir Mishra’s Afwaah alongside Bhumi Pednekar. He is also awaiting the release of Bole Chudiyan.
Vishal Bhardwaj, on the other hand, is busy with his next Khufiya, starring Ali Fazal and Tabu. He is also producing his son Aasmaan Bhardwaj’s directorial debut Kuttey, which features Arjun Kapoor, Tabu, Naseeruddin Shah, Konkona Sen Sharma, Kumud Mishra, and Radhika Madan in significant roles.
