Alia recently published a set of photos with a golden-brown border and an embroidered white saree with yellow flowers. Her appearance was completed with little makeup and a pair of big silver earrings. She appeared to be a sight to behold.
While fans and well-wishers have expressed their sincere wishes for the actors, her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor's mother Neetu Kapoor commented on the post with the word 'Beautiful.'
For those who are unaware, Alia and Ranbir have been dating for quite some time, and there have been rumours about their big grand wedding.
The film Gangubai Kathiawadi is based on a chapter from the book Mafia Queens of Mumbai by renowned author Hussain Zaidi. The film, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, also stars Ajay Devgn and Vijay Raaz, apart from Alia Bhatt, who plays Gangubai, one of Kamathipura's most powerful, revered, and respected madams.
