Neeyat: Vidya Balan All Set To Be DETECTIVE For Upcoming MURDER MYSTERY Alongside Ram Kapoor And Rahul Bose

The much-anticipated murder mystery Neeyat's international theatrical release date was revealed by Abundantia Entertainment and Prime Video. The fascinating whodunnit, starring Vidya Balan as the title character, will debut in theatres on 7 July 2023. Anu Menon, who previously directed Vidya Balan in the 2020 smash hit 'Shakuntala Devi,' which is based on the life and times of the woman dubbed the 'human computer,' is behind the camera for 'Neeyat.'

A number of episodes of the critically acclaimed international television series 'Killing Eve' were directed most recently by Anu Menon. Ram Kapoor, Rahul Bose, Neeraj Kabi, Amrita Puri, Shahana Goswami, Niki Walia, Dipannita Sharma, Shashank Arora, Prajakta Koli, Danesh Razvi, Ishika Mehra, and Madhav Deval all play significant roles in 'Neeyat's amazing ensemble cast. Anu Menon, Priya Venkataraman, Advaita Kala, and Girvani Dhyani wrote 'Neeyat,' and Kausar Munir provided the dialogue.

'Neeyat,' a gripping suspense story about an unlikely detective (Vidya Balan) who investigates mysterious murders at a billionaire's party where nothing is as it seems and all suspects hide a secret or two, is produced by the Vikram Malhotra-led Abundantia Entertainment, which also produced Shakuntala Devi. 'Neeyat' was co-produced by Prime Video.

After a tremendous tenure on the internet platform with three hugely successful films that debuted on Prime Video, Vidya Balan makes her theatrical comeback with 'Neeyat.'

'Shakuntala Devi' (2020), a family-friendly comedy, 'Sherni' (2021), and 'Jalsa' (2022), an influential blockbuster, are all coming up. For these flicks, Vidya has won numerous Best Actress honours at illustrious events. Neeyat also brings back the Shakuntala Devi crew, which includes Prime Video, Abundantia Entertainment, Anu Menon, and Vidya Balan. This is also Abundantia Entertainment and Prime Video's second joint theatrical production.

The movie's teaser poster, which was produced by the creators, offers viewers their first glimpse into the world of 'Neeyat.' The movie will be released worldwide on 7 July 2023.
