Neha Dhupia's adorable yoga session with her daughter Mehr wins the internet, actress shares ‘the ultimate yoga truth’
Neha Dhupia was joined by her daughter Mehr Dhupia Bedi for an early-morning yoga practice today, following a lovely yoga session with her son Guriq Singh Dhupia Bedi, and it will definitely melt your heart. The actress is a yoga fanatic who frequently shares parts of her workout routine on social media. Neha's most recent post, which received a lot of love from the internet, shows her practising various yoga asanas with Mehr. The last photograph, though, tops the list for us.
Neha shared pictures from her early morning yoga session with daughter Mehr on Instagram on Monday. She wrote in the caption, "My Monday motivation...picture 4 is the ultimate yoga truth. mehrdhupiabedi."
Neha and Mehr are shown in the first and third photos practicing the Downward Dog Pose, also known as Adho Mukha Svanasana. In the second photo, the mother-daughter duo performed Hasta Uttanasana, or Raised Arms posture. The final photo shows Mehr sitting on Neha's back while the actress does the Table Pose, also known as Bharmanasana.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Neha Dhupia was last seen in the film A Thursday (2022) co-starring Yami Gautam. Her acting was highly appreciated in the film.
