Nushrratt Bharuccha, a Bollywood actress, was stranded in Israel during the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine. She has now safely returned to India. The actress was in Israel for the premiere of her film 'Akelli', which was officially selected for the 39th Haifa International Film Festival.

When Israel declared war, people sought refuge in various locations. While Nushrratt's team stated on Saturday that they had been unable to reach her since the afternoon, they were able to make contact with her on Sunday morning.

The Embassy has safely returned her to India. Nushrratt Bharuccha was seen at the Mumbai airport on Sunday afternoon. Videos and images of her arrival went viral on social media.
