Nysa Devgan is SLAMMED by the Internet users for struggling to speak in Hindi; Read how netizens reacted!

Nysa Devgan, daughter of Ajay Devgn and Kajol, recently joined her father at an event organised by Ajay's NY Foundations. Nysa allegedly met with around 200 youngsters in rural Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, while launching digital libraries, distributing books, and attending the event. While she delivered a speech in Hindi, she also attempted to motivate the children with her remarks. Several people on Twitter are pointing out that Nysa struggled while she spoke in Hindi in a video of her address.

Nysa Devgan may be seen wearing a yellow salwar suit in the video. She chose to wear little makeup and a tiny bindi for her modest style. She said to the students present, “Mujhe padhna bohot bohot pasand hai. Meri maa ko bhi padhna bohot pasand tha. Main har din 2-3 kitab padti thi. Toh aap ko dekh ke… aap ko…(I enjoy reading. Even my mum concurred. I used to read a couple of books a day. I feel... when I look at you.)”

“Aap ko padhete huye dekh ke jo mujhe itna pasand hai, mujhe aur bhi khushi hai. Aap kabhi padna bandh mat karo (I feel even more happy to see you studying. Don’t stop reading),” she finished her speech after several pauses.

Reacting to the video on Reddit, one user commented, “This is me at my school function after remembering my lines last minute.” One more wrote, “I'm dying of second-hand embarrassment." Another person stated, “Kya speech tha (What a speech).”

Someone also wrote, “This is too funny and embarrassing. (And it is not meant to be so.) Why are Kajol and Ajay trolling their kid by putting her through this? She seems unprepared. Is this their version of facing setbacks in real world? Is this meant to help in her prep? She could have answered in English.”Another person said, “Doesn't she know Hindi? Bhai aise bol rahi jaise Katrina Kaif starting mein bhi nahi bolti thi (Even in her early years, Katrina Kaif was able to speak Hindi more fluently than her)."

For the school's less fortunate students, Nysa reportedly established digital libraries. Also, she gave out books and sports equipment and took pictures of them.

Nysa, 19, is Ajay and Kajol's oldest child. Yug Devgan is the name of the couple's kid, who was born in 1999. After completing her undergraduate studies at Singapore's Glion Institute of Higher Education, Nysa is now pursuing her graduate studies in Switzerland. Her parents, Ajay and Kajol, say she hasn't made a decision on her Bollywood debut yet. She frequently appears in social media pictures having fun and travelling with her friends.
