Ajay Devgn, a big name in Bollywood, has added five office flats in Mumbai's Andheri West neighbourhood to his already impressive real estate portfolio. This move comes two years after the star spent a huge Rs 47.5 crore on a luxurious bungalow in Juhu. CRE Matrix, a well-known company that analyses data, found that the business units in the Signature Building in Oshiwara have a total area of 13,293 square feet along Veera Desai Road.
The report says that three of the units on the 16th floor are worth a staggering Rs 30.35 crore, with a stamp tax payment of Rs 1.82 crore. These flats have a large 8,405-square-foot built-up area. Ajay Devgn also bought two units on the 17th floor for a total of Rs 14.74 crore. These units have a total size of 4,893 square feet.
Vishal (Ajay) Virender Devgan is listed as the owner of the properties, which makes it even more clear that Ajay owns these important assets. It's interesting to note that just a few days before this purchase, his wife, Kajol, also made a big purchase: a luxury apartment in Mumbai with 2,493 square feet and four parking spots for Rs 16.5 crore.
