For all the Janhvi Kapoor fans, there’s another piece of good news. Yesterday, Janhvi bought a new living space for her. The GoodLuck Jerry actress has bought a duplex apartment in the city of Bandra. Janhvi sold Bollywood actor Rajkumar Rao her 3,456 square-foot flat in Juhu in July of this year for Rs 44 crore. In 2020, Kapoor bought this property, which is located on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of a building at the Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme.
Janhvi’s new space costs
Janhvi Kapoor spent 65 crore rupees in a lavish duplex flat in Bandra, Mumbai. Together with her father, Boney Kapoor, and her younger sister, Khushi Kapoor, they bought the house. In Bandra West's Pali Hill, the Kubelisque Building's first and second floors were purchased by the late veteran actor Sridevi Kapoor's daughter. According to the records discovered through the real estate web Indextap.com, the duplex is stretched across 8,669 square feet, with a carpet area of 6421 square feet. On October 12, the property was registered, and according to Janhvi, stamp duty and registration costs were Rs 3.90 crore.

The actress’s survival thriller Mili has been released in the cinemas today. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film Helen, directed by the same filmmaker of Mili, Mathukutty Xavier. Apart from this, Janhvi has Bawaal with Varun Dhawan and Mr. and Mrs. Mahi in her kitty.
