Parineeti Chopra reveals she was “most nervous about signing Animal”
In addition to Animal, Parineeti Chopra also stars in Sooraj Barjatya’s much-awaited directorial Uunchai.

Parineeti Chopra, who began her acting career with Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl in 2011, has completed a decade in showbiz. She has delivered several notable films over the years, including Ishaqzaade (2012), Shuddh Desi Romance (2013), Hasee Toh Phasee (2014), and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar (2021).
The actress is now looking forward to her television debut as a judge on the upcoming talent-based reality show Hunarbaaz. She joins Karan Johar and Mithun Chakraborty on the judging panel of the show. Chopra also has some exciting film projects in her bag, including the hugely anticipated psychological thriller Animal, co-starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol.
Talking to a publication, the actress revealed she was the most nervous about signing Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. “Because I have to go out there and perform in front of these stalwart actors and even more than the actors, it is the director. I am very nervous and I am very motivated for him to be happy with me. So, I am very nervous to go on that set,” she said.
In addition to Animal, Parineeti Chopra also stars in Sooraj Barjatya's directorial Uunchai. The much-awaited film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, and Neena Gupta in important characters.
