Prithviraj to release on June 10; Akshay Kumar reveals characters

One of the much-awaited historical drama films of the year, Prithviraj, is in talks right now, as Akshay Kumar, who is playing the titular role of Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan, announced the release date of the film. The film will be released on June 10 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Akshay also revealed the characters of the film. He shared the motion posters of the key characters played by Sonu Sood, Sanjay Dutt, former Miss World Manushi Chhillar and Akshay himself.
First, he shared the poster of Sonu Sood’s character. In the movie, the actor is playing the role of royal poet Chand Vardai.
Secondly, he shared the poster of Kaka Kanha’s character, played by Sanjay Dutt.
Later, Akshay revealed Manushi Chhillar as Princess Sanyogita. He wrote, "Princess Sanyogita weaved a tale of true love and compassion. Celebrate Samrat #PrithvirajChauhan with #YRF50 only on a big screen near you on June 10th in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu," says the poster's caption.
Lastly, Akshay shared a poster of Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan played by Akshay himself.
The film is produced by YRF films and directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi. The teaser for the film was released last November, which is now available on YRF’s official YouTube channel.
