Prithviraj Trailer: Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chhillar starrer promises to be an action-packed epic
After delighting audiences with films like Sooryavanshi (2021) and Bachchhan Paandey (2022), Akshay Kumar is back with a high-profile historical war drama, titled Prithviraj. The makers dropped the trailer of the film today. Starring Akshay and Manushi Chhillar in lead roles, the trailer features the actor as Prithviraj Chauhan and the former Miss World as Sanyogita.
The teaser for Prithviraj was released last year, giving fans a sneak peek into the world of the film. The makers have now released the trailer, which gives viewers a better idea of what to expect from the upcoming historical war drama.
With his flawless swordsmanship, Akshay Kumar wins hearts in the trailer. Prithviraj Chauhan, the legendary warrior, is played by the actor. He was the Chahamana dynasty's ruler, who resisted the cruel invader Muhammad of Ghori bravely. Manushi, on the other hand, is enchanting in her role as Princess Sanyogita.
Prithviraj is directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi and produced by Yash Raj Films. It is billed as the production house's most significant historical drama.
Manushi Chhillar, who won the coveted Miss World crown in 2017, will make her Bollywood debut as Sanyogita, and Akshay Kumar will play the title character. Sanjay Dutt, on the other hand, will be portraying the character of Kaka Kanha. Dwivedi directed Chanakya (2019) and Pinjar (2003) before Prithviraj.
The film is set to hit the theatres On June 3, 2022.
