When questioned, the actress said she would like to give her younger self one piece of advice. According to the Love Again actress, she would encourage her younger self to calm down and realise that things aren't all that horrible. Priyanka remembered then taking even the simplest things very seriously. She used to feel emotionally hurt by it. Priyanka furthers, "It made it hard for me to get up and go to work because I used to feel such a burden after any failure or any lost opportunity."
Priyanka continues by stating that she was a fearful young woman in her 20s when she first started working in the field. The actress was new and had begun working with these famous people she had previously seen on television. The actress says the only advice she would give to her younger self is to grin a little more, to take things as they come, and to remember that everything will work out.
The actress began by discussing the pay gap in Bollywood. Even though Priyanka Chopra requested a little bit more than she typically accepts, the deal was allegedly immediately refused. Priyanka also revealed that she left Bollywood because there was too much politics and she had disagreements with several people in the business. The actress claimed in a podcast that she was being singled out by the business and that individuals were going out of their way to prevent her from getting cast in films. In a podcast interview with Dax Shepard, Priyanka said that she didn't play games and had had enough of politics, so she took a sabbatical.
