Priyanka Chopra was very close to her father, Ashok Chopra. After a fight with cancer, Priyanka's father died on June 10, 2013. To keep her late father's memory alive, Priyanka frequently shares heartfelt photos with him. Priyanka recently posted a childhood photo of herself with her father on Instagram.

On the work front, Priyanka will next be seen in Farhan Akhtar's film Jee Le Zaraa, Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif will also appear in the film. In Hollywood, Priyanka is working on the films Ending Things and It's All Coming Back To Me, Citadel. In the meantime, Priyanka and Nick Jonas have named their baby Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. Nevertheless, there has been no official word from either party.
