Producer Guneet Monga gets engaged to entrepreneur Sunny Kapoor

Well-known film producer Guneet Monga on Monday announced her engagement to fashion entrepreneur Sunny Kapoor.
Monga is known for bankrolling a number of notable films under her production company Sikhya Entertainment. Some of her critically and commercially successful films include Shahid (2012), The Lunchbox (2013), Masaan (2015), and Pagglait (2021).
The producer took to Instagram and shared a set of pictures from the engagement ceremony, which took place in a heritage hotel in Delhi.
“Sometimes the wrong train leads you to the right station. And that's where I found Sunny, my companion on our journey ahead for life. Feel Mom and Dad's blessings wearing this saree that Mom wore on her engagement day. #Engaged #GunSung,” wrote the 38-year-old producer.
Apart from producing the aforementioned films under Sikhya Entertainment, Monga also served as an executive producer on the documentary Period. End of Sentence, which won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Short Subject in 2019.
