Project K: Amitabh Bachchan gets injured at the film set, and the shoot gets halted; INSIGHTS!

Amitabh Bachchan confirms the ribcage injury he suffered in his upcoming film 'Project K' set in Hyderabad. The film’s shoot got halted due to it.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan was injured during a film shoot in Hyderabad. He got injured while shooting for an action sequence for the Prabhas and Deepika Padukone-starrer sci-film, ‘Project K.’ the film is scheduled to release on January 12, 2024.

Big B wrote in his latest blog, "I have got injured .. rib cartilage popped broke and muscle tear to the right rib cage .. cancelled shoot .. did Doctor consult and scan by CT at the AIG Hospital in Hyderabad and flown back home .. strapping has been done and rest been advocated .. yes painful .. on movement and breathing .. will take some weeks they say before some normalisation will occur .. some medication is on also for pain.."

Big B mentioned that shooting is temporarily suspended "until healing occurs." And mentioned resting at his residence, "It shall be difficult or let me say." Bachchan was unhappy that he would not be able to meet his fans in the coming weeks.

He further concluded his blog, "I shall be unable to meet the well-wishers at Jalsa Gate this evening .. so do not come .. and do inform as much as you can to those that intend coming... All else is well .."
