Rajkummar bags ‘Best Actor’ at New18 Reel Awards
The News18 Reel Award show to honor the best performances of the year was held recently in Mumbai. At the event, Bollywood’s promising actor Rajkummar Rao was felicitated with the Best Actor Award for his work in the latest Netflix film, ‘Monica O My Darling’. The film also starred Huma Qureshi, Radhika Apte, and Akansha Ranjan. At the event which was hosted by Maniesh Paul, Bollywood’s newlywed couple Sidharth Malhotra, and Kiara Advani were also present.
Rajkummar’s upcoming releases
The actor is all set to share the screen with Janhvi Kapoor for the second time in the film Mr. and Mrs. Mahi which is scheduled to release this year. Apart from this he also has the Netflix series, ‘Guns & Gulaabs’. The series is helmed by Raj & DK and will also feature Dulquer Salmaan and Adarsh Gourav in lead roles. Sri, a biopic on industrialist Srikanth Bolla is also in his cards, he recently wrapped up the shoot for the same with South actress, Jyothika.
