Achha Sila Diya's music video features Rajkummar Rao and Nora Fatehi facing off again in a song about love and betrayal. It is Sung and composed by B Praak, the song's lyrics have been written by Jaani. Arvindr Khaira directed the music video. This new track is a regeneration of the film song 'Achha Sila Diya Tune Mere Pyar Ka', featured in the 1995 Hindi feature 'Bewafa Sanam.'

Rajkummar Rao has admitted that he isn't a fan of remix songs. He said he starred in 'ACHHA SILA DIYA.' because it had its honest intent. He also mentioned that he doesn't subscribe to the idea of remixing.
He said, "I used to listen to the original song back in the day. Unless a recreation is done with [an honest] intent and the same sentiment, I am not a fan. For me, the intent is important."
He further added, "The reason I said yes to it was that it had a new take to the song. So many things have been changed from the original, but the soul is similar."
Rajkummar reunited with Nora Fatehi after the film, 'Stree' in 2018 for the dance number' Kamariya.' He also talked about Nora and said, "She is one of the best dancers we have. I knew she would come this far."

The original song, 'Achha Sila Diya Toone Mere Pyar Ka,' was sung by Sonu Nigam and penned by lyricist Yogesh. It became popular after its release from the 'Bewafa Sanam' film. It was produced and directed by T-Series' Gulshan Kumar. It starred Gulshan's younger brother Krishan Kumar and Shilpa Shirodkar, Aruna Irani, Beena Banerjee, Shakti Kapoor and Kiran Kumar.
