Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt to unveil first poster of Brahmastra on December 15
Starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in principal roles, Dharma Productions’ Brahmastra is one of the most-awaited Hindi films. The big-ticket adventure drama has been in production for the longest time. After facing several setbacks, including the coronavirus pandemic, the team wrapped up production some time ago. And if fresh reports are to be believed, the makers are planning to launch a first look poster on December 15.
Sharing more details, a source close to the development tells a publication, “Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are planning to launch the first poster of Brahmastra at a special event in Delhi on December 15. As the makers have already teased that they will announce the big screen release date soon, they plan to announce it at the event itself.”
As per reports, the makers are targeting September 9, 2022, as the release date for Brahmastra. But the final date is expected to be announced on December 15 only. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film has been made on a lavish budget. It has been planned as a trilogy, but whether the makers will go ahead with next installments depends on the performance of Brahmastra.
In addition to Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Brahmastra also features Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy in important roles. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a cameo in the film.
