Ranbir Kapoor considers himself lucky to romance Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on-screen in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil
One of the most talked-about movies of the year is Shamshera, which stars Ranbir Kapoor. In a previously unseen avatar, Ranbir will appear on the screens after a hiatus of four years. Sanjay Dutt will be playing his adversary in Shamshera. The actor is going above and beyond to promote the film. Ranbir was recently telling the story of the incident around some old photographs when being shown them in a recent interview.
An old photo of the Anjaana Anjaani (2010) actor posing with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was shown to him. In the film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Ranbir and Aishwarya collaborated. Their chemistry had fans swooning.
Ranbir reacted to the picture, saying, “Who wouldn’t be jealous of this picture?”
He further stated that he was working alongside his father on the New York-shot movie Aa Ab Laut Chale (1999). Ranbir also mentioned how, despite the fact that he was younger than Aishwarya, she became his friend and they used to talk about movies. She was filming her part at the time for Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999), and Ranbir added that they also talked about that.
Then, the 39-year-old actor said that he felt fortunate to have had a friend like her and to have had the chance to work with her on a film. He said, “Not many people get a chance to romance Aishwarya Rai on the screen.”
Meanwhile, Shamshera is slated to release on 22nd July, 2022.
