Randeep Hooda loses 18 kilos for Swatantra Veer Sarvarkar’s Biopic

In a recent interview, Randeep Hooda, who has been preparing for his upcoming film Swatantra Veer Savarkar, stated that he has lost 18kg for his role in the biopic. Randeep Hooda revealed a glimpse of his massive physical transformation in a recent Instagram post, where he flaunted his toned body in a selfie.
Randeep had announced his next film, based on the life of Veer Savarkar, earlier in March. Following his announcement, the actor has been working on the Mahesh Manjrekar-directed project. On Thursday, Randeep posted a mirror selfie of himself posing inside an elevator on Instagram. "We all need a lift from time to time," he wrote in the caption, “We all need a lift at times." He added the hashtag ‘prep’ to his caption.
In a photo where the actor flaunted his figure while wearing a green vest and blue jeans, many fans commented on Randeep's weight loss and physique. He wore a cap and black sunglasses in addition to a fan wrote.
" Gazab hai Bhai" (this is amazing, brother). That's a cool look on someone so gorgeous, remarked another. On Randeep's tweet, many other people used the fire emoji.
The actor has previously gone through a significant bodily change. For his role in the 2016 movie Sarbjit, Randeep has shed almost 18 kg in just 28 days. Omung Kumar, who also served as director of the biopic, starred with Aishwarya Rai.
Randeep had shown his first look from Swatantra Veer Savarkar in May on Savarkar Jayanti (the activist's 139th birthday anniversary). Randeep released a movie poster on Instagram in which Veer Savarkar portrayed him. In the photo, he wore a cap, round-rimmed glasses, and a mustache. The actor wrote in the caption, “This is a salute to one of the tallest unsung heroes of India’s struggle for freedom and self-actualization. I hope I can live up to the challenge of filling such big shoes of a truly revolutionary and tell his real story, which had been brushed under the carpet for so long.”
