Rani Mukherjee has disclosed that her child Adira Chopra has developed a crippling fear of the paparazzi. Adira, who turned six last December, is rarely seen in public. Rani recently announced it is because Adira dislikes having her picture taken, and the photojournalists also give her privacy.
Rani, who has a daughter named Adira with her spouse Aditya Chopra, explained that her daughter is perplexed as to why photographers keep photographing her when they go outside. As Rani explains to the media, she finds a lot of her husband in Adira. She said “ No means a no, and yes means a yes (for Adira). And you can't really change that. She goes like, 'No Mumma, no photo.”
Rani recalls an incident, “ This time when I came back, and at the airport, there were these paps. The photographers have been very kind to me. So whenever I am traveling I always tell them 'baby ka photo mat lo. Adira says to Rani that “Yeh bhaiya log bahot ganda hai na mumma aapka photo hamesha lete rehta hai. So I said 'haan bhaiya log bahut ganda hai. Haa babu hamesha lete rehta hai. Haa mumma kyu lete rehta hai,' I say 'mujhe bhi nahi pata babu.”
Rani Mukherjee will be seen in director Ashima Chibber's Mrs. Chatterjee Vs Norway.
