One of the most bankable stars in the industry is without a doubt Ranveer Singh. And his most recent expensive purchase proves the same. The Jayeshbhai Jordaar (2022) actor has purchased a lavish quadruplex apartment with a sea view in the opulent Sagar Resham on Bandstand building in Bandra West, Mumbai, making it the most expensive deal ever made for a single residential property. Your jaw will drop at the price of this property, which is apparently located on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th levels of the tower.
According to reports, Ranveer paid a staggering Rs 119 crore for this apartment. The property is purchased from Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP by the company Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, in which Ranveer and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani serve as directors. According to reports, two separate agreements were used to pay the transaction's total stamp duty of Rs 7.13 crore.
Ranveer is now Shah Rukh Khan's neighbour since Mannat is adjacent to the residential block. Salman Khan's Galaxy apartment is also close by. An agent located in Bandra described the apartment in detail. He said, “An old building is now being redeveloped (Sagar Resham). The lower floors will be occupied by the existing residents. The 16th floor is a 4BHK, whereas the remaining three floors 17 to 19 are a penthouse.”
On the work front, Ranveer Singh will be next seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani opposite Alia Bhatt.
