Early life of Neelam Kothari: -
Neelam was born in the Gujrati family of Parveen Kothari in Hong Kong. Soon after, they shifted to Bangkok. During her school time, she was a part of the Rutherford house. She was a great Ballet dancer and trained in Jazz. She made her Bollywood debut in the film Jawani in 1984.
After that, she appeared in several films. After 2001, she gave up her acting career and shifted to jewellery design. She started her jewellery designing shop named Neelam Kothari Fine Jewels in Mumbai.
