Rekha Feels That The Young Generation Resonates With Her After Deepika Padukone Calls Her Aura MAGNETIC!

Rekha made a rare appearance on the cover of an international magazine, and she discussed her life, work, and a lot more in the interview that went along with it. Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone raved in the interview about the seasoned actor. Deepika spoke about Rekha's aura while Shah Rukh claimed that Rekha had an unequaled charm.

Rekha spoke up on how it feels to connect with "this new generation" when so many of her coworkers "have been long forgotten" as Deepika and Shah Rukh Khan discussed why they continue to be in awe of the veteran actress.

Rekha's aura is magnetic, as Deepika was quoted as saying in the July/August 2023 edition of Vogue Arabia. "Her performances are a masterclass in acting, and she can effortlessly hold the attention of a whole audience with just a glance." Rekha, according to Shah Rukh, has "unmatched charisma" and "leaves an indelible mark on every role she portrays."

The veteran actor stated, "Today there is an avalanche of young talent with extraordinary skills, and I am thoroughly impressed by their debut performances," in the same interview. And it makes me very happy that I'm here to see them succeed. Seeing how they speak to me while so many of my coworkers have been long forgotten by this younger generation is also tremendously encouraging. They acknowledge that the work I do now, which is very little, is still done with a deep respect for the craft, appreciation, and unwavering love.

Rekha is most known for her roles in movies like Khoon Bhari Maang, Ghar, Judaai, Mujhe Insaaf Chahiye, Silsila, Umrao Jaan (1981), for which she received the National Film Award for most Actress. She last appeared in the 2015 film Shamitabh, which R Balki directed. In the 2018 movie Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se, the actor also took part in a special medley song.

Rekha recently appeared on television in the Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin commercial. She also provided an explanation for why she hasn't been in a project for years in the same Vogue Arabia interview. The 'luxury to just say no' to a project is something she claimed she has acquired through time.
