We can't get enough of Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza! They consistently prove to be relationship goals. The couple has been together for over two decades, having met on the set of their first film, Tujhe Meri Kasam (2003), and then married in 2012.
The two were last seen together in the film Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya (2012), and their fans loved their chemistry and praised them for it. Speaking of which, the lovebirds surprised their fans with a new social media video in which they recreated their film's iconic song Piya O Re Piya.
The Lai Bhaari (2014) actor shared the clip on his Instagram account, In the video, Riteish and Genelia can be seen wearing matching blue outfits. Riteish can’t take his eyes away from the Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na (2008) actress as she signs her autograph on a cup, while their song plays in the background. Sharing the video, Riteish wrote, “Work x Love …. Shoot Diaries!!!”
Meanwhile, Riteish Deshmukh is gearing up to direct his first film, Ved, in Marathi. Ved will star Genelia Deshmukh, and Jiya Shankar.
The couple is set to share the screen space in Mister Mummy after 10 years. OK Jaanu (2017) and Saathiya (2002) director Shaad Ali will be directing the film. Mister Mummy is a comedy-drama about a couple who has fundamentally opposed views on parenting. T-Series Films and Hectic Cinema Pvt Ltd Production are backing the project.
