Sajid Nadiadwala announces new film starring Kapil Sharma
Sajid Nadiadwala, a well-known film producer, has revealed that he will soon announce a film starring comedian Kapil Sharma.
This weekend, he will appear as a special guest on The Kapil Sharma Show with his wife Warda Khan for the Nadiadwala Special episode. Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon, and Ahaan Shetty will also make appearances.
This special episode will pay tribute to Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment’s 67-year journey.
The host Kapil Sharma asks Sajid Nadiadwala how he feels to be on the show and he replies: “I treat this show like my own because I was the one who recommended Archana Puran Singh in the industry. Navjot Singh Sidhu for the commentator’s role in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004) followed by Sumona Chakravarti, and now it is Krushna Abhishek, Sudesh Lehri."
“Not to forget, I am now also the producer of the star who is the producer of this show aka Salman Khan,” he adds.
Sajid also revealed on the show that he is writing a script for the show's host, Kapil Sharma, for his next film.
He shares: “I will now also like to announce that we are in the process of making a script for Kapil as well and will share the news in the next two months."
Kapil Sharma made his Bollywood debut with Abbas-Mustan’s comedy film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon (2015). He was then seen in Rajiev Dhingra's Firangi (2017), which was a major letdown. He will next star in Nandita Das’ upcoming directorial.
