A shiver was sent across the country when prominent Punjabi singer and rapper Sidhu Moose Wala was killed by a few unidentified gunmen a couple of days ago. Not long after his death, Salman Khan’s security was tightened. However, according to recent sources, an anonymous letter threatening Salman and his father Salim Khan was discovered in Bandra.
The letter was found by Salim's security staff, according to the reports. A police officer was cited as saying in the report, “Salim Khan follows a morning routine where he goes for a walk on the promenade accompanied by his security personnel. There’s a location where he typically takes a break. A chit had been left behind on a bench."
The threat indicated in the letter was reported to the police, according to the source. The area's CCTV footage is also being examined by the police. The threat comes just days after it was reported that Salman's security had been tightened up after Lawrence Bishnoi was named as a key suspect in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.
Salman Khan, meanwhile, returned from Abu Dhabi this weekend following the completion of IIFA 2022. With several other Bollywood celebs, the actor attended the award ceremony. The superstar is presently busy filming Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali with Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, and others.
