On Wednesday, Bollywood actor Salman Khan expressed his condolences for the untimely death of singer-composer KK aka Krishnakumar Kunnath. KK rose to fame with the song “Tadap Tadap” from Salman Khan starrer Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999).

The state government of Kolkata held a gun salute for the departed singer on Wednesday at Rabindra Sadan, the city's cultural center, which was attended by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
