According to a latest reports of famous news portal report, Shera was paid Rs. 15 lakh per month in 2020 to manage Salman Khan's security. This amounts to almost 2 crores annually. In addition to this, he is the owner of Tiger Securities, a security firm that looks after several well-known figures in the Hindi film industry.

Shera lives a life of luxury, owning a large fleet of vehicles, including superbikes. His pride and joy is the Mahindra Thar. In his own collection, he also possesses a gorgeous BMW and a Kawasaki superbike.

Salman Khan first met Shera, though, in 1995 at a party hosted by Keanu Reeves. Shera was asked by Sohail Khan, the actor's brother, to assume responsibility for the Superstar's security when the actor had to embark on a worldwide tour.

Shera remembered his meeting with Salman Khan and said, “I met Salman Khan when Keanu Reeves, the Hollywood hero, came to India. Speed had released and Matrix was about to release. I did my first show with Salman in Chandigarh, and we’ve been together ever since.”

It has been a friendship for more than 20 years, starting in 1998! He was open and sincere about his Maalik in an interview in 2016. He said, “I am like a horse decked up at a wedding to carry the groom. I am only concerned about my Maalik (Salman) and wherever he goes, I am there. I am his Yes Man. Till date, whatever Maalik has asked, I’ve done. That is why I am a part of Maalik’s family.”
