A number of celebrities have bought new properties in Mumbai over the past few months. Joining them now is superstar Salman Khan’s younger sister, Arpita Sharma, who has reportedly purchased a luxurious apartment in the city.
The apartment that Arpita Sharma has bought is located on the 12th floor of Flying Carpet Skyscraper in Khar West. It spreads over 1750sq ft and has been developed by one of the leading developers, Satguru Developers.
The property comes with four parking spaces and Sharma has reportedly spent a staggering ₹10 crores to become the proud owner of this. It got registered on February 4 and she paid ₹40 Lakh as the stamp duty.
Reports say that Flying Carpet Skyscraper only has 3 BHKs and 4 BHKs available for ₹60,000 to ₹65,000 per square feet and even the monthly rent at this place will cost around ₹1.75 lakh to ₹2 lakh.
For the uninitiated, Arpita Sharma is married to actor Aayush Sharma. Both got married in the year 2014 and have two adorable kids - son Ahil Sharma and daughter Ayat Sharma.
