Section 108 Teaser: Nawazuddin Siddiqui's THRILLING PERFORMANCE Promises To Surprise The Audience! (Watch Trailer)

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is all set for the launch of his new movie, ‘Section 108’ in February 2024. The film makers have recently released the teaser of the film and it has left all the netizens in awe. The film is based on Section 108 of The Indian Evidence Act 1872, which stipulates that if an individual remains unaccounted for over a period of seven years, the burden of proving their existence shifts to the person who affirms it.

The teaser portrays Regina Cassandra as Shikha Saxena, a representative of an insurance company. She seeks the assistance of Nawazuddin Siddiqui's character, Tahoor Khan, an insurance claim consultant. Shikha presents Tahoor with a perplexing case involving a billionaire who is about to be declared dead, which would lead to a substantial payout to their nominee. As suspicions of a scam arise, Tahoor agrees to take on the challenge.

Apart from ‘Section 108’, Siddiqui will be seen in’ Haddi’ where he will play the role of a transgender. He will also be seen in ‘Saindhav,’ his debut in Tollywood. The actor was last seen in Sudhir Mishra's ‘Afwaah’ alongside Bhumi Pednekar. The actor is best known for his character Faizal Khan in the movies ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and ‘Gangs of Wasseypur 2’.

Regina Cassandra, made her debut in ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha’ Toh Aisa Laga alongside Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor. Following that, she has gained recognition for her roles in ‘Rocket Boys’ and the Shahid Kapoor starrer ‘Farzi’. She recently appeared in the Tamil horror thriller ‘Karungaapiyam.’
