Fans are greatly influenced by celebrities. Fans are tempted to adopt similar clothes, accessories, and travel habits because of their lavish lifestyles as displayed on social media. However, copying your favourite celebrities mindlessly might have disastrous results. In a recent interview, Seema Biswas asked fans to exercise caution and refrain from imitating actors' lifestyles. According to the National Award-winning actor, if people put too much pressure on themselves to maintain a celebrity lifestyle, it can result in "debt, stress, and a compromised future."

According to Seema Biswas, celebrities frequently live in a world of opulence, privilege, and limitless resources. Replicating their opulent lifestyles is also "unrealistic for the average person." “Attempting to replicate their extravagant lifestyles is unrealistic for the average person. By chasing unattainable standards, fans risk dissatisfaction, financial strain, and a loss of self-identity,” she said in an interview.
She went on to say that many celebrities flaunt their expensive belongings and partake in extravagant activities, misleading fans into thinking they should put materialism first. Financially taxing oneself to maintain the lifestyles of celebrities can result in debt, stress, and a damaged future.
The seasoned actor claims that imitators "may lose touch with their own true selves," abandoning authenticity in favour of conforming to preconceived notions. She claimed that followers who imitate their behaviour without taking into account the possible repercussions will find themselves in "unfavourable situations," which will harm their personal and professional lives.
Fans may be envious of celebrities' gorgeous outward appearances, but Seema Biswas pointed out that they rarely hear about their problems in the background. The psychological health and self-esteem of fans can suffer when they idolize celebrities.
“Celebrities are frequently associated with flimsy trends, materialism, and superficial beauty standards. Fans that follow their beloved stars mindlessly frequently neglect their own personal development, important connections, and interests. Everyone is different, with their own goals, talents, and desires. Copying a celebrity's lifestyle interferes with the process of self-discovery and prevents people from pursuing their own passions and skills,” Seema added.
The following Bengali movie that Seema Biswas will appear in is called ‘Mon Potongo’.
