One of the most well-known Bollywood couples, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, continue to set relationship goals. Gauri was actually his first lover, and the two have been married for 31 years, raising three children together: Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, and AbRam Khan. In relation to the long-standing pair, a vintage film of Shah Rukh soothing a frazzled Gauri has been discovered online. Gauri was reassured by the actor's entrancing comments throughout his demanding work schedule.

The footage appears to have been shot on a movie set. While speaking on the phone with Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh was seen sporting glasses. He informs a concerned Gauri, “Gauri, just let go of all this. You have known me for too many years to be discussing my sleep patterns. You just relax. Main itna toh kar lunga. Mai 44 years hu, itna toh mai handle kar lunga na main (I can do this much. I am 44 years old, I can handle myself).”
Shah Rukh wasn't by himself, though. The voice of filmmaker Karan Johar may also be heard in the clip. In his words to his wife, “Karan is saying it's all fake, your concern,” in context to their conversation. Karan said, “Lies. Just like it was about your economic situation.” “Yeah, just like how you know my economic situation,” Shah Rukh repeats to Gauri on call. “That has just curtailed her shopping,” said Karan. “So just stop your shopping Karan has said,” while controlling his laugh Shah Rukh Khan passed the message to Gauri.

A viewer responded to the video by writing in the comment area, “Arey she’s just concerned for you.” “Karan is that friend who is always third wheeling between a best friend couple,” said another user. Someone called Shah Rukh a ‘typical Punjabi husband’ and wrote, “Since he has grown up in Delhi here Punjabi culture is predominant.”
