Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara’s film to be officially announced this month?
Apart from Yash Raj Films’ Pathan alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is also doing Tamil filmmaker Atlee Kumar’s next pan-India film, which began production some months ago.
So far, nothing much is known about the forthcoming venture. Some insiders, however, reveal that the story surrounds a bank robbery and has been shot in Pune and Mumbai. With so many rumours doing the rounds about the film, it is reported that the makers are finally planning to make an official announcement this month.
A publication reports that Khan is already busy shooting for the film. In addition to him, the untitled film also features well-known Tamil actress Nayanthara in the lead role. Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover have also been roped in to play pivotal parts.
The publication further reports that the official announcement could be coming on 26th January, on the occasion of Republic Day.
Aside from Pathan and Atlee Kumar’s directorial, SRK is reportedly also doing a film with filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, which is based on illegal immigration.
The superstar was last seen in his home production Zero (2018), co-starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. It has been more than three years since Khan was last seen on celluloid. Fans have been waiting for his next release with bated breath.
