Shah Rukh Khan, who will next be seen in YRF’s Pathaan, on Tuesday hinted that he is working with director Atlee for his upcoming film. In a tweet praising the trailer of Vijay’s Beast, Shah Rukh mentioned that he is “sitting with Atlee” discussing the trailer of Beast.

It was reported previously that Shah Rukh Khan had begun filming the Atlee-directed film, which also stars Nayanthara. In September 2021, a source said, "While SRK started working on the film last week, Nayanthara joined a couple of days ago." According to reports, Telugu superstar Rana Daggubati will play the antagonist in the film and will join the cast later." According to reports, the movie also features Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover.
Given his previous collaborations with the director on Bigil and Mersal, it has been speculated that Vijay will make a cameo appearance in Atlee's film with SRK.
Shah Rukh Khan recently came back from Spain after winding a Pathaan schedule. Deepika Padukone and John Abraham also appear in the film. The Siddharth Anand-directed film marks SRK's return to the big screen following the 2018 film Zero.
