The first short schedule will take place at Mumbai's Film City Studios, where a massive set replicating a Punjab village is being built. Set construction for the Punjab areas has already begun and is expected to be completed by March 31.
The filmmakers also intend to shoot in Punjab, in April or May, although no dates have been set yet. According to sources, the untitled film would be shot primarily in Mumbai and the United Kingdom, with a 10-day schedule in Budapest. Taapsee Pannu will play the female lead in the film.
