While riding his horse through a barren place and taking an oath to protect his people from the atrocities, Kapoor makes an entry to save them. The actor, who has a full beard and long hair, is only briefly visible in the teaser. Kapoor dances slowly at the end of the teaser while keeping his face hidden from the camera.

Shamshera is an exhilarating, larger-than-life entertainment film that is set in the heartland of India and has jaw-dropping action scenes. Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in a never-before-seen role. Sanjay Dutt will portray a cunning and brutal antagonist in the action-adventure film. Vaani Kapoor plays the female lead.
