Shamshera trailer: Ranbir Kapoor portrays a rebellious bandit fighting for freedom
The trailer for the much-anticipated film Shamshera was finally unveiled today by the makers following several days of posters and an interesting teaser. Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, and Vaani Kapoor star in the film. In the Karan Malhotra directorial, Kapoor and Dutt will play rivals.
Ranbir Kapoor is portrayed in the video clip as a dacoit, the tribe's guardian, and a son carrying on his father's legacy. In the period drama, the actor plays a double role. Sanjay Dutt portrays Daroga Shuddh Singh, his wicked adversary. In this Yash Raj Film production, Vaani Kapoor looks stunning as the "golden girl." On July 22, the film will finally be released after being delayed numerous times.
Taking to Instagram, Sanjay Dutt shared the trailer and wrote, "Meet Shamshera and Daroga Shuddh Singh ONLY on the big screen on 22nd July."
After appearing in Sanju four years ago, Ranbir will be making a comeback on the big screen with this historical thriller. Despite the fact that he appeared in a special song in Sanju, Sanjay Dutt and Ranbir will work together for the first time in Shamshera. The high-profile film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Meanwhile, besides Shamshera, Ranbir Kapoor will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra alongside Alai Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, and Nagarjuna Akkineni.
