Shatrughan Sinha on Aryan Khan case: 'They victimized Aryan Khan because he is son of Shah Rukh Khan'

The Narcotics Control Bureau gave Aryan Khan, the son of Shah Rukh Khan, a clean chit last week. Back in October, Shatrughan Sinha supported Aryan. He also said it was "too little, too late" when he was given a clean chit on May 27.

On October 3, 2021, Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan's son, was detained in connection with a drug search on a Mumbai cruise. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), under the supervision of Sameer Wankhede, carried out the raid.

Shatrughan Sinha claimed that Aryan Khan was targeted because he is Shah Rukh Khan's son when he was arrested in October 2021. He also questioned why members of the entertainment industry were taking the time to voice their support for SRK. Now, he has reacted to NCB giving the star kid a clean chit.

In an interview, the Dost (1974) actor said, "My stand seems to have been vindicated now. I did support not only Aryan but also Shah Rukh Khan. He was paying a price for being Shah Rukh Khan. This action or reaction of the government is certainly highly appreciated. But then, at the same time, I would like to say that it seems to be too little and too late. All the people involved in framing an innocent boy and sending him behind bars for no rhyme or reason, without any evidence and without any proper investigation must be taken to task with deterrent punishment.”
