Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, to GET GO for shooting Stree 2 on this date? Here’s what we know

Stree, starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, debuted in 2018 and quickly became a major success. Roohi and Bhediya followed the Amar Kaushik-directed film as the next entries in the horror comedy subgenre. Stree's follow-up has long been anticipated by fans. The most recent Stree 2 update is provided here. A March 2023 shooting date for the film's shooting has been reported.

HERE’S WHAT WE KNOW

According to reports, "This time around, the plot goes to Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. Stree was shot primarily in Chanderi and Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh. The film will be shot in four places, starting in Delhi and its surroundings. The group will next travel to Uttar Pradesh for a busy month of activities. Amar is now locking the three cities that will act as the backdrop as the final draft of the script is prepared.”

“Varun Dhawan will make a special appearance. His character from Bhediya has been woven in by Amar and the writers, fusing the two disparate horror comedy' realms,” according to sources.

The witch at the center of Stree's tale is rumoured to kidnap men at night. Aparshakti Khurrana and Abhishek Banerjee play Rajkummar Rao and his pals, who set out to discover the truth behind the legend. They believe Shraddha Kapoor's mysterious character to be a witch.

Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, and Abhishek Banerjee will all return in the sequel to reprise their roles. Pankaj Tripathi is reportedly planning to pass.

Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are co-stars in the love drama directed by Luv Ranjan. Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, starring Janhvi Kapoor, and Bheed, starring Bhumi Pednekar, will both include Rajkummar Rao.
