Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Anand Ahuja welcomed a son in August of last year. Since 2019, the actress has avoided appearing in films. Sonam Kapoor is solely concerned with her responsibilities as a mother. She has been spending a lot of time with her son.

She has not, however, fully abandoned her job. Sonam has also attended a number of public events. She was seen at the Dior event as well as the NMACC launch event in the city. She was dressed in her normal fashionable manner. Sonam Kapoor discussed her post-pregnancy weight loss in a recent interview.

Sonam Kapoor admitted to looking at some unfavorable videos and photos of herself online. The actress discussed how the photos and videos were taken on her phone, leaving her wondering if she actually looked like that.

Sonam states that she is not concerned about her age or anything else. She does, however, mention that she is not feeling herself. Sonam explains that she sends her measurements in advance because she doesn't want to go back feeling like she doesn't fit into the tiny outfits.

Sonam Kapoor says it has a significant impact on her confidence. Sonam also mentioned how the objective of fitting into little outfits was set about 5 or 10 years ago. Sonam doesn't mince words, and she hasn't changed since becoming a mother. Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja, along with their entire family, recently welcomed Vayu into their Delhi home. Sonam and Anand live in London, Mumbai, and Delhi.

The actress admits that, while she is not back to her former self, she is also not pushing herself. She justifies breastfeeding her 7-month-old baby, Vayu, and expects to do so for another year or so. Sonam explains that the body requires food, relaxation, and energy to function properly. She is not on any fad diet, but she is exercising as she did during her pregnancy. Sonam said she will keep up her gym routine but will not get on the scales.
