SS Rajamouli Called A LIAR For His Comment On Laal Singh Chaddha Starring Aamir Khan (Read Tweet)

SS Rajamouli has been in the spotlight recently due to his remarks about Aamir Khan's performance in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. The movie, featuring Aamir alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan in a film directed by Advait Chandan, faced disappointment at the box office shortly after its release. Following this setback, Aamir reportedly took a hiatus and is yet to unveil his next project. In response to Rajamouli's comments, self-proclaimed critic Kamaal Rashid Khan (KRK) took to social media to question the acclaimed RRR director's stance.

For those unfamiliar with the situation, Aamir's cousin and director, Mansoor Khan, previously revealed in an interview that Rajamouli had remarked on Aamir's overacting in Advait's film. In response, KRK pointed out Rajamouli's apparent inconsistency.

Expressing his views on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter), KRK labeled SS Rajamouli a fabricator, highlighting how the director had previously praised ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ as a 'Masterpiece,' while now deeming Aamir Khan's acting as 'overacting.' He wrote, “This is the proof, how big liar is copy master ssrajamouli. When he watched film with Aamir khan, then he called it a masterpiece. And now he is saying that Aamir Khan did over acting. I call such liars fraud film makers”

A user replied to KRK, reacting to the same, “Dude, come on! He is right. At present, he is the biggest name in the direction of India. You are trying to get Clickbet by talking bad about him! Good luck!,” while another replied, “Abe aamir told to his brother Mansoor ke aamir bola rajamouli told me after test screening ke you were quite over, masterpiece koi nhi bola.”

Earlier, Mansoor Khan told PTI, “Aamir Khan has a great sense of humour. So one day he laughingly tells me, ‘When you told me it was over the top, I said, ok, you are a subtle guy which is why you might have felt that way. But when someone like Rajamouli tells me overacting lag raha hai, I said to myself, Isko bhi lag raha hai toh kiya hi hoga.”
