Sukhee: Shilpa Shetty Wishes To Work With ‘THIS’ New Generation Actor; Claims She Has The Best Chemistry With Govinda (Details Inside)

Shilpa Shetty Kundra is celebrating her 30th year in Bollywood after making her screen debut in Shah Rukh Khan's 1993 flick ‘Baazigar’. She has appeared in a number of well-known movies over her distinguished career, including ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’, ‘Jaanwar’, ‘Dhadkan’, ‘Dus’, and ‘Apne.’ Shilpa has also dabbled in television, appearing as a judge on a number of reality competitions. Shilpa is now preparing for the debut of her upcoming comedy-drama, ‘Sukhee’. The movie's trailer was already made public and was well accepted by viewers.

Shilpa recently remarked on her role in an interview, saying she thought her chemistry with Govinda was the best. Additionally, she declared her wish to collaborate with contemporary stars like Ranveer Singh and Kartik Aaryan.

"I think I shared the best on-screen chemistry with Govinda. I loved working with him. And in the film Sukhee, I am a big fan of Govinda!" the actress shared.

When asked if she would be interested in working with performers from the present age during the same conversation, Shilpa Shetty replied, “They are all too young for me. But I'd love to work with Ranveer Singh. He's an actor par excellence. And I love Kartik Aaryan. I think they all bring something different to the table and if it's a role that would suit my personality, I'd love to do it.”

In the web series ‘The Indian Police Force’ by Rohit Shetty, she also expressed her respect for her co-star Sidharth Malhotra, adding, “I love the fact that Sidharth Malhotra is so non-filmy and that's a very good quality.”

The ensemble cast of Shilpa's movie ‘Sukhee’ includes Kusha Kapila, Amit Sadh, Delnaaz Irani, and others. The movie, which is being directed by Sonal Joshi, will open in theatres on September 22.
