Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff to star in ZEE Studios’ Baap
Vivek Chauhan has been signed to direct the multi-starrer film.

Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, and Jackie Shroff have been cast to headline ZEE Studios’ upcoming film, titled Baap. National Film Award-winning actor Mithun Chakraborty will also play an important role in the action-packed thriller that Vivek Chauhan is set to direct.
Sharing more details on the venture, a source close to the development told a publication, “The title BAAP justifies the presence of action legends from the 80s - Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, and Mithun Chakraborty. The makers are planning to position it as the BAAP of all action films aka. father of action films. The movie goes on the floors on June 14 with a schedule in Mumbai.”
The team is looking at releasing the film in 2023. “The makers will release it on a big holiday. It will be a treat to all the action lovers,” the source further added.
The source also informed that the makers are planning to cash on the huge popularity of the four actors who enjoy a massive fan following in the masses even today. The makers are confident that their popularity will help them draw audiences to the theatre in droves. Stay tuned for more details.
