The Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, recently gave an update on the probe into Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian's deaths. In June 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput, a famous Bollywood actor, died in a terrible accident. His death sent shock waves through the entertainment business and the whole country. His death made people all over the country talk about it and start a thorough probe into what happened.
Sushant Singh Rajput's manager, Disha Salian, had also died just a week before he did, allegedly in an accident. Reports say that she fell off the 14th-floor ledge of a Malad building while she was drunk. At first, Sushant's death was thought to be a suicide, but the investigation is still going on and no final conclusions have been made.
In an interview Devendra Fadnavis was asked about the investigation into the death case by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). In answer, he said that at first, the only information that was available was hearsay. But some people said they had important evidence that was connected to the case. Because of this, the police got in touch with these people and asked them to give the proof to the police.
Fadnavis also said that the process of figuring out how reliable the proof is is already under way. He stressed that the investigation is still going on and that it would be too soon for him to say anything about how the case will end.
In the meantime, it's important to remember that Sushant Singh Rajput started out as a TV actor and became well-known because of the show 'Pavitra Rishta.' In 2013, he made his Bollywood debut with the movie 'Kai Po Che!' and went on to star in films like 'M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story.' On June 14, 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput's body was found in his flat in Mumbai.
