Taapsee Pannu Joins The NFT World; Follows the Footsteps Of Amitabh Bachchan And Salman Khan

The next candidate in Bollywood who might have entered the NFT (Non-Fungible Token) market is Taapsee Pannu. NFTs are ownership certificates that represent real-world assets that are created on a blockchain for the uninitiated. Many famous people have already debuted their NFTs. Famous B-town actors Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Salman Khan, and Kamal Haasan are just a few who have dabbled in NFTs. Taapsee now appears to be taking a similar course. Her social media activity also strongly suggests the same.

Taapsee Pannu has been sharing her digital art masterpieces on Instagram nonstop over the past couple of days, which is a huge indicator of her intentions to enter the NFT industry. In one of the digital works, an animated Taapsee can be seen relaxing while looking through her phone before the scene abruptly changes to an empty space. Taapsee, as depicted in animation, can be seen looking shocked when she steps through the portal and into the realm of new possibilities.

In a distinct piece of art, Taapsee Pannu is depicted as a caricature surrounded by foliage, flowers, and butterflies, with an animated lion perched on her shoulders.

Recently, Taapsee released another intriguing black-and-white digital illustration. She can be seen kneeling down below, talking to her digital self. Additionally, the image appears to be from another dimension.

Amitabh Bachchan reportedly joined the NFT trend in November 2021 when he opted to auction a recording of his father's poem Madhushala that was done in his voice. Additionally, he sold some of his own items through NFT. Salman Khan also collaborated with BollyCoin, a Bollywood NFT store, to introduce his exclusive NFT collections.

Returning to Taapsee Pannu, we can see that she has a diverse range of upcoming projects. She has been enlisted to appear in Rajkumar Hirani's high-profile ‘Dunki’, starring Shah Rukh Khan. Filmmaker Jayprad Desai's ‘Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba’ features Taapsee as well. Not only that, but the actress will also take on the role of producer for director Tarun Dudeja's movie ‘Dhak Dhak’, which also stars Dia Mirza, Ratna Pathak, Sanjana Sanghi, Fatima Sana Sheikh, and Ratna Pathak.
