Taapsee Pannu opens up on the kind of wedding she desires, wants a stress-free, one-day wedding

Taapsee Pannu and Mathias Boe have been dating for quite some time. The actress was the coverstar of Brides Today this month, and she talked about her boyfriend Mathias, and the type of wedding she desires. Taapsee also mentioned that she has always wanted to date someone who isn't in the film industry. Mathias is a badminton coach who hails from Denmark.

In conversation with the bridal magazine, Brides Today, Taapsee stated, “Being with someone outside the industry was something I always wanted. Thankfully, very early on in my career, I ended up meeting the person who I find comfort in being with... Our perspectives are so diverse and different that our conversations are still intriguing and interesting. The cultural exchange is still so beautiful, even after so many years.”

The Naam Shabana (2017) actress envisions herself as a bride who, on her wedding day, doesn't appear too different. She also stated that she would wear her hair curly during the wedding. She said, “It (my hairdo) will be something that doesn’t look like I needed a village to get ready. My heart feels bad when I see these brides who have thick layers and layers of makeup on. How do you enjoy looking at yourself when you’re a different person in those pictures? These memories are not just for that moment, they are forever. You don’t want to look at those pictures and not recognise yourself as yourself.”

She further added, “It needs to be basic and drama-free because there is enough drama in my professional life, and I don’t want it to trickle down into my personal life.”
