Tahir Raj Bhasin celebrates his birthday by signing a new feature film; Says 'It will be a clutter breaker'
Today marks Tahir Raj Bhasin's 35th birthday. He made his acting debut in 2014 with Rani Mukherjee starrer Mardaani. The actor has established himself as one of the best of the powerhouses of talent of the new generation of actors. Since then, he has appeared in films such as Kai Po Che! (2013), Force 2 (2016), Manto (2018), Chhichhore (2019), 83 (2021), and others in Bollywood. He has also appeared in a number of web series. The actor is currently celebrating his birthday by doing what he enjoys most, working.
Tahir is currently in Gujarat filming a 'secret project,' which is set to wrap up next week. He'll immediately begin work on his next project, a new feature film that he'll sign on his birthday.
When asked about his project, he expressed his excitement by saying, "2022 has indeed started on a great note. I had three back-to-back releases which kept me on my toes. Thankfully, the responses to all the releases have been terrific and both the audience and the critics have taken note of my performances. That is very heartening. But before I could let all the appreciation coming my way sink in, I had to dive deep into the prep for my next project, which I am currently shooting in Gujarat.”
He added, "I am not complaining at all because this is a good problem to have. 2022 is a year that is keeping on giving and I want more. Maybe that's why I'm lucky enough to be signing a new exciting feature film on my birthday! I wish I could reveal details of this project but I have been asked to keep everything under wraps. The producer will make a formal announcement soon. It's a film that will be a clutter breaker and I'm really looking forward to begin shooting."
Tahir, who began filming for the project earlier this month in Gujarat, was back in Mumbai for a three-day break. He was in town for a quick look test for a future project as well as to promote a new music video he shot last month called Bole Tujhse.
